Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

The Ministry of Education, Sports & Culture (MESC) is seeking an individual to design a logo for the Samoa Teachers Council.

Terms of Reference

1. Design two (2) sets of Logo’s for Samoa Teachers Council. Both designs need to be original.
2. Provide narration for the Logo’s in Samoa and English
3. The winning design will be selected by the Teachers Council

Deliverables

1. An original design of two (2) sets of Logo’s for Samoa Teachers Council
2. Provide narration for the (2) two Logo’s in Samoa and English
3. All other information will be provided in the RFP (Request for Proposal)

Scope of work:

1 month’s work beginning October 2019

Qualification and experience

Seeking qualified applicants with qualification in Graphics Design or Visual Arts.

Must have evidence of relevant work experience in this area.
